A pastor’s heart

Though often broken

Heals again

As Word is spoken

A pastor’s heart

For his spouse

Calls her to labour

In His house

A pastor’s heart

So guards his charge

Protects them from

The wolf at large

A pastor’s heart

…As faithful bride

Awaits the cloud

On which He’ll ride

A pastor’s heart

While in the Vine

Pumps as living, breathing...
